Something Different. Better for You
I feel bad for runners. Especially those with busy family lives and demanding careers. It is so hard for them to get the training help and direction they need because they have only a limited amount of time to dedicate to their running. They are smart, understand running but don’t have the time to do what a good coach can do. It takes too much time and effort.
I set up The Runner’s Hotline to get these busy runners the help they need. Developing a running program and executing it takes a lot of energy and time. Wouldn’t it be better to get your runs/workouts for a 2 weeks, complete them then meet, then with your coach to review what you did and plan, together, your work over the next two weeks?
Wouldn’t it be best to be in partnership with a coach that will work with you and not just send workouts to you? The “partnership” gives you input on your training and allows you to communicate with a coach that knows what you are dealing with so they can develop a program that will work for yo
In my next post, I am going to tell you about my experience with online coaching and why the Runner’s Hotline is going to be different.
